Cancelling an order

Email info@betonmarkt.com with your order number and cancellation request as soon as possible. If dispatch has started, return arrangements may be needed. Cancellation before delivery remains available where mandatory consumer law provides it.

Consumer withdrawal rights

For consumer purchases governed by Turkish distance-sales rules, you generally have 4 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason or paying a penalty. Notify us in writing; email is suitable. Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

For such withdrawals, return costs are not charged when the pre-disclosed return carrier is used, or when no return carrier was specified. Refunds include the refundable delivery charges and use the original payment method without a refund fee. The legal 14-day refund period begins on handover to the specified carrier, on receipt if another carrier is used, or on notification for undelivered goods.

How to notify us

Your withdrawal notice can state: “I withdraw from the purchase of , order [order number], ordered on [date] and received on [date].” Include your name and contact details. Prior approval is not required for a statutory withdrawal notice.

Contact us for return shipping instructions and the relevant carrier arrangements. Pack the part securely and include the order reference so the shipment can be identified.

Custom-made parts & business purchases

A statutory withdrawal exception may apply to goods made to a consumer's personal specifications. Special procurement alone is not automatically treated as custom manufacture. Defective-goods rights remain unaffected.

Business purchases follow applicable commercial law and the written terms agreed for the order. Please contact us about non-defective business return requests; consumer withdrawal rights do not automatically apply to purchases made for commercial or professional purposes.

Incorrect, damaged or defective parts

Send the order reference, part identification and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us assess it. Consumer remedies for defective or misdescribed goods remain available independently of the withdrawal procedure.

Mandatory rights applicable in the customer's jurisdiction are not excluded by this policy.
